Mr. Aron R. Camponovo owns licentiate degrees in Law (Universities of Zurich and Neuchâtel – licentiatus iuris) and Economics (Universities of Lugano and Zurich – licentiatus oeconomiae).

Mr. Aron R. Camponovo was admitted to the bar in 2009 and is accredited in all Swiss jurisdictions.

Mr. Aron R. Camponovo, amongst other appointments, has served as a Member of the Board of Directors for the "Ticino Electricity Company" ("Azienda Elettrica Ticinese" — www.aet.ch), the "Canton of Ticino Pension Fund" ("Istituto di Previdenza del Cantone Ticino" — www.ipct.ch), MONCLER SUISSE Ltd (www.moncler.com), STONE ISLAND SUISSE Ltd (www.stoneisland.com), and IBEX SERVICES Ltd (www.ibex.services), and he is currently serving as Member of the Board of Directors for IBEX CAPITAL Ltd (www.ibex.capital — a "Financial Institute" authorized by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA [www.finma.ch]), and for IBEX VENTURES Ltd (www.ibex.vc).
